I work with generative laws rather than predetermined compositions. I establish conditions, observe what the system can become, and take responsibility for what I select, freeze, disclose, and accept.
あらかじめ決めた構図ではなく、生成の法則を扱っています。条件を定め、系が何になり得るかを観察し、自分が選び、固定し、開示し、受容するものに責任を持つ。それが制作の中心です。
I describe this practice through jinen: form emerging through conditions that are shaped but not fully controlled.
この実践を、私はじねんという言葉で捉えています。整えはするが完全には制御しない条件の中から、形が立ち上がってくること。じねんは実践の概念であり、ブランドや署名ではありません。
About紹介
Tatsuya Minegishi is a Japan-based generative artist exploring jinen—the emergence of form through conditions that are established but not fully controlled. Working with deterministic field systems, he treats authorship as the selection, testing, and acceptance of a law rather than the composition of a final image. Unwoven Territory is his first sealed long-form project.
嶺岸達矢は日本を拠点とするジェネラティブアーティスト。整えはするが完全には制御しない条件から形が生まれること――じねん――を探求している。決定論的な場のシステムを用い、最終画像を構図として描くのではなく、一つの法則を選び、検証し、受容することを作者性の中心に置く。《Unwoven Territory｜ほどかれた領土》は、最初に封印されたロングフォーム作品である。
